Okay so here is the Gladiators official Home jersey, the team made a press conference earlier showing the replica jerseys for sale, here is what the team will actually where, it has the official league logos.
Also I can do any photoshop jobs like this for any team, I prefer only doing one jersey though.

bonehedz : Thanks, just go ahead and make e jersey in paint, just use the template that sizemore and raysox use, it is under my NCAA BLANK PAINT TEMPLATES on the logos forum, I can make it for you if you tell me what you want it to look like. But after I can make the photoshoped jersey for you. I use GIMP and basically just make paths everywhere I change the color. The jersey started out completely black.
