Stat Leaders

Hey everybody.
I was told to do stats, and I just finished the first 3 weeks. So if you have Microsoft Excel, put your email in the comments and I'll send it out.

After week 4, we'll open voting for allstars. And voting, I say, is open to owners, AND fans.

I posted a topic in the requests for a logo.

Quebec Owner to take "leave of absence"

EDIT - Well after TC and I argued for long hours, we decided we were both being unreasonable and went a little overboard. It's all in the past and we are cool now so TC is not going to step down, but he will take a "leave of absence" for a week to recuperate....In other news, it is likely that Bmac off of the boards will become a owner for either a team who could possibly need a new owner at season's end or if the opportunity is available, he will become a expansion owner.

I swear this league is like a soap opera or a TV show off of MTV, except you can't write this crap :P.

Sizemore's Week 4 Preview

Week 4/ ALB @LV/ SA @BOI/ PC @QUE/ ALA @CON/ MEM @LOU

Will the Hawaii Tropics epic fail again? Or will they redeem themselves for last year's epic collapse? Ian Johnson is an early-season MVP candidate as well as Rudi Johnson.

47s @ Aces
In this match-up the struggling defending champs take on the winless 47s in their inaugural season. The Edge can try all he wants from the sidelines, but he's just on an inferior team unfortunately. My prediction:
Albuquerque 0
Las Vegas 42

Nightmare @ Grizzlies
Well, we have two teams looking to keep up in the race for the 2nd spot in the West, assuming the Tropics don't blow it again, and these two owners really seem to dislike each other. In this rivalry, my prediction is a close overtime one:
San Antonio 45
Boise 48

Tropics @ Polaires
The Hawaii Tropics will go head-to-head with the Polaires in this match-up. The Trops have had some extremely close calls this year, but Jason White and Ian Johnson might be the best QB-RB combo in the MiLF. My prediction:
Hawai'i 56
Quebec 35

Gladiators @ Navy
The premier team in the MiLF, Alabama will take the expansion Navy to the house. This one won't even be close.
Alabama 42
Connecticut 17

Kings @ Shockers
Well, Graham Harrell will try to lead his Kings to the victory, but the Shockers and their veteran leadership will prevail.
Memphis 21
Louisville 24

So am I like a total n00b that knows nothing? Or are my picks going to be correct? We'll just have to see, but I know I'm psyched for Week 4.

Quebec @ Alabama

Well it is a big day of football in Alabama, with the Gladiators playing at home this afternoon and the Crimson Tide playing for the National Title tonight. Alabama tries to remain the only undefeated team in the East. While Quebec comes off of their first win which was a huge upset over the Memphis Kings. It's Monochrome madness tonight as well, with Quebec going with a Snow Trooper Head-to-toe look while the Gladiators come out in All-Red, Quebec picked a good game for the Snow Trooper look because it is snowing here in Alabama! With the temperature around 30 degrees and winds up to 7 mph.

Alabama Gladiators will bring back the "Bear Blood" Alternates

Well the first big announcement is that the Gladiators will bring back a alternate uniform set that they wore last season. After Alabama beat Boise 24-7 in the uniforms last season. They have decided to bring them back for the Polaires this season. It is a one time thing, these uniforms will not see the light of day after this game (unless we do good in them and bring them back next season). "It was a huge fan attraction last season and after Quebec owner TC told me that they would brake out a all-white storm trooper look. We thought that we would try and counter the attack." Exclusive "Bear Blood" fan shirts will also be sold for the game. It will also be the 3rd time Alabama has gone monochrome this season (yes I know this is the 3rd game). It is the 2nd time they are going head-to-toe monochrome after doing so in week 1 (All-Black). The Red Helmets and Pants have been rumored to be worn with the white jerseys against Las Vegas in the Globe Game. When Harbison was asked about this possible combo he said "Well we are wanting to do something different for such a big game, but we will have to wait and see how we do with the look against the Polaires."
The game will likely be Friday, although there is a possibility I will be outta school Thursday (I started back today, and they are saying we might actually have snow!) If so, I will sim the game Thursday around noon, gotta watch my Tide thursday night.
