(Las Vegas, NV) Commish Michael Taylor has spoke with TC on the boards about an expnsion team. If no one objects, he'll be added to the league.
I also want to bring this to the table. how are the teams going to get players?
I guess we can have an expansion draft, with players like Vick, and Adam Jones. Then we should give them some back up players that don't get much playing time.

I'd also like to say, please stop mentioning this site on the boards, sure, you can post it in your sig, butt I've seen some of you guys keep mentioning it in the boards. It's pretty much spamming.

I would say each team should give like 2-3 players to the expansion team and then they have the first pick in the draft. They would then need to take the available free agents if there are any to complete their roster. This would be sorta like how it goes down in real sports.

I've got an idea. Try to get our own subforum in the Simulation leagues on the Boards. I don't know how much I like the idea, but I dunno.

Yeah, We need to decide on the whole Salary thing this week like lay it out and write on paper, and we need to figure out contract length and stuff and then we will release guys and stuff like that, and have a Pre-Draft Free Agent Signing Week, then We will have the draft and have another Free Agent signing after.

Oh Yeah, also VaTech's Byran Randell, and Georgia's D.J. Shockley, both great players, I think we will be set on QBs.
Oh I forgot Welcome TC, glad to have you join, I think thats goo for our expansion for this year. Maybe Two More teams in the future.
Oh BTW, Michael Vick probably wont be able to play till Season 3, because his Jail Time ends July 20, we are looking to start Season 2 in Late May.
Here's my idea:
All players are currently worth ten points, making our teams currently have values of 480 points. We should have a 500 point salary cap. By the end of the season, we can decide to extend our players 1 year at 10 points/year, 2 years at 11 points/year, and 3 years at 12 points/year, and so on, or else they become free agents. That's my salary idea.
For the expansion draft, each of our teams can protect 10-15 players, and the others are then fair game.
